e-SignLive™ is an online electronic signature service from Silanis that is available as part of the IBM LotusLive collaboration platform. e-SignLive enables individuals to participate in a collaborative and fully electronic signing ceremony in order to execute business transactions and legal contracts—faster, more efficiently, and with fewer errors.
The services include e-SignDoc and e-SignRoom. e-SignDoc enables multiple people to electronically sign one document at a time, while e-SignRoom extends the capabilities of e-SignDoc enabling multiple LotusLive subscribers to e-sign multiple documents. e-SignRoom also provides a dashboard that enables the monitoring and tracking of the pending and completed e-SignRooms.
